Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that chemically bonds to the paintwork — unlike wax or sealant, it can't be washed off. It creates a semi-permanent protective layer that repels water, dirt, UV rays, and chemical contaminants. The hydrophobic effect means water beads and rolls off, taking surface dirt with it. The paint looks deeper and glossier.
Every Velux ceramic package uses Performance PPL REIGN, a 10H nano ceramic coating that bonds to paint, glass and wheels and cures quickly, which makes it ideal for mobile work.
Prep is everything — the paint must be properly decontaminated and corrected before coating or you lock in any existing imperfections. This is why final pricing depends on your car's condition.
